This is the Governor of the great state of Alabama, Governor Bob R.
Riley. Gomer to most folks. This guy was actually recorded when he
thought he was off mic, saying that "People of Alabama were too f---ing
stupid to know better" because we wouldn't support some bonehead
proposal he introduced, and he got away with it, well sort of.
